Heat 5 tablespoons sugar in a pan for caramelizing.
Stir until the color started changing and add one teaspoon water into it
Do not stir after that,instead swirl the pan
Pour the mixture into a pudding mould and spread it uniquely by swirling the mould
Take four eggs and half cup sugar in a blender and blend for a minute
Add 500 ml milk and one teaspoon vanilla essence into it and blend well for one minute
Add carrot slices to the mixture
Sprinkle the chopped nuts into the previously prepared mould
Pour the blended mixture without air bubbles into mould
Steam the prepared portions for 18-20 min
Once it is in room temperature move it into the refrigerator
You can un-mould the pudding into a serving plate upside down after 6 hours
